Safety of U.S. Citizens in the Shkodër Area

The American Embassy is concerned about possible threats by criminal elements against the physical safety of American citizens in the Shkodër area. In light of this concern, the Embassy warns all American citizens in the Shkodër area to exercise caution and maintain a high level of security awareness at all times. American citizens may contact the Consular Section at the U.S. Embassy through the main Embassy telephone number at +355-(0)4-224-7285/89 or after working hours through the Embassy Duty Officer at 068-205-0786.
