How to Immigrate to the U.S.

In order to immigrate to the United States, you must have an immediate relative who can file an immigrant petition for you. This relative must be a parent, spouse, child or sibling and must be an U.S. Citizen or a Lawful Permanent Resident of the United States of America. Immigration to the U.S. is also possible through employment. More and specific information can be found at the Department of State website http://travel.state.gov

Another way to immigrate in the United States is to apply for the Diversity Visa (Lottery) program that is organized every year by the U.S. Government. Information on how and when to apply for the lottery are found in the Department of State website http://travel.state.gov
